    摘要 六西格玛管理以燎原之势引入国内企业,并在许多企业取得了一定成效,显示了其巨大的优势,但关于六西格玛实施成功的关键因素却模糊不清,导致许多企业抓不住重点,浪费了宝贵的资源。 本文首先对国内外企业实施六西格玛的研究现状,以及国内外企业实施六西格玛的现状进行了综述,通过对国内外有关六西格玛成功因素的文献进行综述和研究,结合专家意见,得到了六西格玛的关键成功因素包括:领导作用,以顾客为关注焦点,6σ的工具和技术,文化变革,教育与培训,组织架构,沟通和激励政策,供应商参与共八项关键因子。据此提出了实施六西格玛的关键成功因素概念模型,并根据理论研究给出了相关假设。为了获得更加真实有效的结果,本文采用了问卷调查的定量研究方法,通过调查问卷所回收的数据进行数据分析,根据分析结论对概念模型进行拟合与修正,比较分析之后得出最终模型,并指出了各因素之间的因果关系。最后通过模型对广大实施六西格玛的企业提出了合理化建议。从而可以给企业提供有用信息来合理配置资源,提高企业实施六西格玛管理的成效,降低风险。 关键词:六西格玛;关键成功因素;研究 Abstract This dissertation review the present study of critical success factors f or six sigma Implementation, as well as the status quo of enterprises 'implementation of six sigma, both in China and abroad. Then the dissertation advances the conceptual model of success Factors, using for reference the structure of the Malcolm Baldrige National Award and the Related study on the success factors. Afterwards the dissertation builds the structural Equation model on the basis of the conceptual model and makes related hypothesis According to the theory .The data of the questionnaires are analyzed, the structural equation Model are fitted and modified, and consequently the final model comes out by comparison. Besides, the dissertation analyzes the validity and reliability of the final model in detail. This dissertation explains the results of the analysis, comes to the conclusion-the critical success factors of manufacturing enterprises 'implementation of six sigma, and points out the cause and effect among factors. Finally, the results are analyzed and useful suggestions are put forward for enterprises to optimize their resources, improve the effect of six sigma implementation while avoiding risks at the same time.
