    哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 Abstract Along with the rapid development of cloth trade in China, the demand of sewing equipments is much bigger, and the demand for specialization of advanced machine is much higher. Especially ,the electron tacking machine which not only bear low cost performance ratio, but also depend on imports mostly, already can’t satisfy the market demand. Nowadays, specialized sewing machine with self-owned intellectual property rights and high quality are popular to customers, and they are leading the way of our nation’s sewing equipment development. The electron tacking machine is a cooperating multi-axis machine which not only requires for a better cooperating motility of the multi-axis system, but also require for the precision of single-axis control. Domestic companies, mostly, realize the demand by using IPC + motion controller method. However, this method costs highly, and dues to the motion controller, there are uncontrollability in the process of single-axis acceleration and deceleration. Therefore, this thesis offers a MCU + intelligent drive method to realize the cooperation of the multi- axis. As long as it decreases the cost, it increases the precision. This article obtains from the tacking sewing machine’s principle and the function, has determined overall plan of three-axis control system which based on the permanent magnetism AC servo technology. The hardware platform of the control system is composed of multi-motor, multi-drive and MCU. The hardware platform is constructed by three steps. First, select the motor and drive according to the parameter of mechanism. Second, the system
